How can i use my refresh rates my monitor has to offer??

i have tried going to my nvidia control panel and sorting, contacting the microsoft support team, i have tweaked everything yet i still dont know what i can do??i know its not a monitor problem as i have tried with another laptop and it workedmy gpus in the laptop are mx330 and intel iris xe
