How can I update my DOB in my account if the option is not available?

Hello,Please help me correct my DOB in my account which I wrongly entered with wrong year 2013, system recognised it as child and asked to ask permission from parent account which I did not have of course.Later I created with my phone number a parent account over that child and the I cannot change my DOB not even with the parent one, I just cannot see the option. Please me I haven’t found the solution online and also contacted Microsoft support who could not help neither and asked me to post here my problem, had this case with them number1051472261.
