How can I turn off the Adaptive Brightness without the option in settings

I don't have the option "Help improve battery by optimizing the content shown and brightness" in Settings and I'm fairly annoyed when I'm doing some graphics and my brightness changes as I'm doing it. I've already tried updating my Windows and checking advanced options. I'm using Windows 11 and I'm currently enrolled in the Beta of the Windows Insiders Program.
