How can I turn off that always if I accidentally type my pin wrong, I can‘t login for 2 hours

Hey there,Everytime i type my pin wrong in, i have to wait 2 hours until i can login myself again. Is there any setting I can change to put this off. Because it really sucks that i always have to wait this long until i can play games again etc. I have xbox family link or sth installed so i geg a timelimit after one hour. Is it maybe connected to that? Please help me Im just desperate because I have tried everything i found on the internet to that topic. Have a nice Day
