How can I turn off "HOVER". I had stroke and now when I have list of files Windows interprets my shaky hand as HOVER and acts without clicking.

What I would like to see is in Ease of Use in Control Panel a check box that says "TURN HOVER OFF". Not about windows I want the whole bloody thing turned off, Then I wouldn't spend 15 to 30 minutes trying to find the file or folder that Windows has chosen to relocate. Only take action when I click on something.
