How can I turn off "Change brightness based on content"

Hi,This just started (I think there is an update recently) and it's driving me crazy. The brightness will change not only when I switch window but also when the content changes (like video playback). I tried my best to search but none of the solution is available.Windows 11, latest, no update availableAMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon GraphicsAcer monitor- Night light is already turned off- HDR is off- Game mode is off- There is no Brightness in System -> Display. Therefore no way to select- I have a PC (self assembled) and it's not HP. So no HP control- Not an Asus so no Asus Command Cente
