How can I turn back the "auto enhance" of Windows 11 photo? This stupid feature ruined a lot of photos and I need the originals back!

There is no option to turn this off. How can it be possible to have an file altering feature that cannot be turned off. There is also no information in the meta information of the images that the file was changed.This makes Windows 11 useless for photographers and causes a lot of damage!
