how can I swap a product key from a computer to a different one?

[Windows 10]

I have a laptop (Acer Aspire 3 - 315) that I bought with Windows 10 preinstalled and where I have installed Google OS. Before I did that, I copied the product key as the plan was to use it in the new desktop computer I've bought. when I introduce the PK in the PC I get the error: 0xc004f050. I'm not sure how to proceed now. Any ideas?
