How can I stop Windows 11 automatic updates?

I'm looking to permanently stop Windows 11 from automatically updating. I would like to update when I decide is the right time to do so, now when my OS thinks is an acceptable time. Such as in the middle of a meeting, or any time between the hours or 8:00AM and 9:00PM. In addition to this, I want to stop the "you need to update" messages that pop up every 5 minutes or so. I'm an adult and do not need my laptop telling me that I need to upgrade the latest Windows features that keep ruining my workflow. Please can someone help?
