How can I sign into my laptop? It doesn't recognize my fingerprint and won't let me set up a pin.

I restarted my computer (windows 11) in diagnostic setup because I was trying to remove printer drivers I didn't need anymore. When the computer rebooted, it did not recognize my fingerprint and then said I had to re-setup my PIN (even though I've already had one). When I clicked to reset my PIN, it said I needed to download an app from the Microsoft store, so I said yes because when I said no it didn't do anything.
