How can I sign into my email address if I don’t have access to my verification email or old phone number??

I have been signed out of my outlook account which I use for all my important personal information including bills, work and much more but when I try to sign In it just says my passwords incorrect even though it’s the same one I’ve used for many years. however, since I made this email address when I was 16 the authentication address and phone numbers are ones that I no longer have access to.
