How can I set up my PC so that after turning it off too many times, I cannot log into my account anymore?

recently I've had trouble with my new 5080 not displaying anything and turning my monitors off, which then I have to turn off my computer and turn it back on. Now I have to wait because my graphics card keeps turning my PC off. No its not a driver/graphical error, the 50 series is just still being developed.
