How can I send a folder to quick access that doesn't go thru One Drive

Using Windows 11.It's appearing that every time I save something on my laptop its going to a folder in One Drive. I have not set up One Drive - I have unlinked it from my PCIf I go to my C:\Users\Name\desktop (example) , right click and select send to quick accessWhen I go to File Explorer and look the properties - it shows C:\Users\Name\OneDrive\DesktopI would really like everything saved to my local drive - why does it insist on using One Drive? Can someone PLEASE HELP ME
