How can I see my windows wallpapers (To make own dia presentation wallpaper from them)

Okay so I went to the location where wallpapers should appear. (C:\Windows\Web\) I only see the folders there like 4k, screen, touchkeyboard and wallpaper. The problem is when I try to open the folders they are all showing up empty. I would like to create my own dia presentation wallpapers which changes every 30 minutes and to exclude some of the pre installed wallpapers windows 11 pro has. So how could I do that?Thanks in advance
