How can I roll back to windows 7 from windows 10

I recently updated my computer from windows 7 to windows 10. It wiped out all my apps and when I tried to reinstall I found out most of the apps are now demanding a 64 bit computer and I only have a 32 bit computer. I will probably have to buy a new computer and start over again, but it would be nice to have this one functioning in the meantime. I tried using the recovery app in the settings, but it does not have the "roll back to windows 7" option. I do have a disc image of my c: drive so I would guess I can restore from that?
