I purchased an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro back in January, order number 7169300027, and my PC was replaced by Microsoft last week for a deficit. But the replacement PC came equipped with a Windows 11 home edition OS and required a product Key to upgrade to the Pro OS. So, I looked at my Microsoft account's order history and the purchased OS upgrade order is still visible but does not link to the product Key. Does that mean that I lost my purchase with the defective machine that is still under warranty and was replaced by Microsoft?
