How can I retrieve my lost data?

Yesterday I was working on my computer and it shut down as there was low battery. When i connected back it gave me a blue screen asking for bitlocker key. I typed in several times but no help. My father helped to reinstall windows to access the laptop and now all of my data in the hard drive is gone. I have already tried EaseUS software to recover, no help. What can i do to recover my files.
