How can I reset all my shortcuts

I want to see the shortcuts setting on my computer. How can I open the list of all shortcuts, so I can find the one which is conflict with my other software ( like modeling things). This question start with the shortcuts of CTRL+SHIFT+A. I just find this is the shortcuts of screenshot, but it doesn't belongs to the one windows bring with. So I want to shut off this hotkey, but it spend me two hours still can't find where I can shut it off.
