How can I remove gaps at the edge on window after I quit and turn on again a program attached to the corner or edge of the Desktop.

ㄴ Before quit an application.ㄴ After turn on the application again.Hi.When I quit any Windows' default programs abuting edge of the desktop and turn on the programs again, there are invisible gaps at the corner of the window of the programs as you can see in the 2nd attached image.The size of the program itself haven't changed.I'd like to remove the gaps by modifying the registry values.I WILL reject the automated machine answers.
