How can I remove Federation Uni account from my PO?

Evening all, earlier this year, I signed up for a course with Federation Uni Australia and due to health and other issues I am not able to complete it. I have already uninstalled Teams. I have a notification that my account requires attention, it is logged into my Uni account, yet there is no account listed in the system settings - only my personal hotmail account. I can login and use my PC, but I just have this notification that I can't switch to my hotmail account to verify my settings. My subscription to Offic 365 looks like it is still working, it's just this annoying noptification that I
