How can i remove a folder from Steam but it isnt allowing me

So my game crashed and couldnt launch so i reinstalled but it doesnt have permisssions and i cant use the game.I tried to give myself permissions to delete the folders and restart the procces from the beginning because i backed up my configs but it doesnt workPlease help ive been stuck for 2 hours and im gonna lose my mind after spending so much money on the game
