How Can I reinstall EAC

I accidentally deleted EAC and I saw a few questions and it said to click the setup files and run it as an administrator, but when I do it asks if I want it to make changes to my device and I say yes. After I click yes it just closes and nothing happens how do I get EAC reinstalled on my computer. I also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fortnite because I saw that that might reinstall the files but it did not and was wondering how I could fix this issue.
