How can I reinstall drivers on a PC without working keyboard/mouse?

So essentially, I have a very old second hand computer that recently stopped working entirely, it seemed as though windows broke after an update. I entered repair mode on startup and reset the PC to factory settings while keeping my files in an attempt to fix thisNow, after the reset, I can get to the login screen but my keyboard and mouse do not work. They work in BIOS and they work in the repair screen but anything after boot they completely break.
