How can I recover my USB FLASH DRIVE?

My flash drive stopped working. There doesnt seem to be physical damage, but I can be wrong.It is formatted to NTFS.But when I try to use it, this happens for programs:Explorer - Freezes and then crashesDisk management - Stops at "Connecting to virtual disk service"Diskpart - Freezes, but doesnt crashCmd "dir" command - Doesnt workSettings - FreezesEverything doesnt work, except for my Android Phone! It can read the drive for a few seconds and then it disconnects (for unknown reasons).What can I do to make it usable (I dont need to recover the files, as the data is still there as my phone show
