How can i recover my deleted notepad text that was deleted from folder and then empty recyclebin a month ago and i am using window 10 , and my folder

I want to recover my .txt file that was saved on my desktop and then deleted from my desktop and also empty the recycle bin. This happened about a month ago. and I tried many 3rd party software like disk roll and recoverit, but they were useless. How can I recover it?
