how can i recover my account ?

I have another email I want to recover. [*** Email address is removed for privacy ***]I try to login to it but I have forgotten my password. I try to reset it. It says it will send me the code on my phone number This is my Phone number [**PII removed**] For some reason, it says try another way. Nothing else works and it's devastating. Please tell me another way I can login to it. It's been so long since I used it. I need to use it. Any help regarding this issue is appreciated.
