How can I recover a file I cut to paste into another folder and then forgot and copied another item?

I cut and excel file and was doing that to move it to another file, I got interrupted and and was required to do some other work and copied some text from google sheets only to go back to what I was doing and realize I had already cut the file. I have tried looking at the clipboard history (one it shows nothing and also was not setup to show a history. I am on the latest version on Windows on the newer window surface pro with copilot. Please tell me there is a way to find so I do not lose all my work...Thanks in advance for any help!
