How can I re-enable bitlocker (Device Encryption) after swapping out NVME on Windows 11 home?

Hello,I just swapped out my NVME drive and I'm unable to re-enable bitlocker. I turned it off prior to swapping out the drive. When I try to enable bitlocker I get the following error message:"Failed to open the Bitlocker control panel tool. Error code: 0x800004005"I went into systeminfo and this is what it shows under "Device Encryption Support"Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: PCR7 binding is not supported, Un-allowed DMA Capable capable bus/device(s) detectedWhen I attempted to run these commands it did not work. I don't know if that's because I have home edition?C:\Windows\Sy
