I have multiple monitors. Sometimes I do not want to run all the monitors. Generally 100% of the time my monitor which is set as my PRIMARY DISPLAY is on. But the 2nd, and 3rd monitors may either be turned off, or selected to a different input from another computer. What I am noticing is that Windows is moving apps from the primary display to the secondary or third monitor even when they are off. So what happens is I come back to work after using a different computer, and it launches applications or has moved applications to a monitor which isnt even turned on.
