How can I perform a factory reset to get it back in s mode and get past this bsod?

I'm using an Asus Vivobook. A friend downloaded and installed a program which took it out of s mode. I'm trying to reset to factory settings, but I keep getting a BSOD "driver verifier dma violation."How can I perform a factory reset to get it back in s mode and get past this bsod?I am using Windows 11.
