How can I modify the size of the icons & taskbar?

I have limited vision. I just purchased a new computer with windows 11 24H2 installed. Also, purchased a large monitor so that I could use larger fonts, etc. I found that 24H2 would no longer allow me to change the size of the taskbar or of the icons in the taskbar. They are currently to small for me to see. How can I modify the size of the icons & taskbar?
