How can i manually update Windows 10?

Since 2016, my laptop has been unable to install 3 updates. I 've had this laptop for at least 10 years and the last time I used this was 4 years ago. I can't get these updates to happen no matter how many restarts I do. I've tried finding ways to force update but it doesn't work. I've even tried just updating to Windows 11, but that only froze my laptop and I had to revert the update. I'm completely at a loss on how to get my laptop updated completely and I don't want to resort to paying someone just to fix this.
