Hello, yesterday I noticed a Windows update was available for my computer, so I updated it and shut it down. However, I haven't turned it on since the update, and now I urgently need access. But I can’t open it because it’s locked with BitLocker, and I don’t know how to unlock it. After researching online, I found out that I need a security code to access my account.
