How can I know if my PC is managed by an organization?

A few months ago, I bought my PC from a company that I worked at. When I tried to re-install windows It told me that it is managed by my organization and that I can't continue / finish the installation (i was able to install a new windows, but when I wanted to finish the installation / add my profile I needed permissions from the organization).
