How can I install my camera file if it's missing or gone from my computer?

My computer's Camera shows no file whatsoever of its existence on my computer. I don't know how to install it back or recover the file. It's not on my trash or even shows up on Device Manager as it should be. I tried all the methods and looked for a downloadable file to restore my camera but I don't trust the websites. The error message it shows is: "0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>" My computer is a Lenovo ideapad 3-15ITL05 Laptop- Type 81X8
