How can I install a printer driver in Windows 11 without the printer present?

I have to send a Word document to another organization for printing on 11x17 paper (our printers/copiers will not hold this size). In order for the document not to reformat when it is opened by the receiving organization, I need to load the printer driver for their printer on my local machine and save it with that printer selected so that it will be formatted correctly when they receive and open it.I have downloaded the installation files and tried to do the install, but can't figure out how, since I am always asked how the printer will be connected, to choose or configure a port, etc.Thanks i
