How can I get Quicklaunch (Win XP) or Links (Windows 7, 10) on Windows 11 too?

This doesn't work any more.Adding folders and shortcuts to `%USERPROFILE%\Favorites\` will not show up anywhere the way it would on previous Windows.How can I achieve something similar? -> custom folder menus with apps?
