I have a new Dell laptop with windows 11 that I am trying to setup. It says that I can restore from another PC (my old Dell laptop with windows 10 in this case) in order to use my new PC with familiar settings already in place. It says to choose the PC that I want to restore from but my old laptop is not listed so I select "Restore from another PC" which is the only other option listed. It then says to run windows back up on my previous PC to bring over the info to the new PC.
