I have a Windows 10 Pro 64 bit desktop PC with 365. I have 2 hard drives connected, both of which were working but giving some problems, so I contacted Support and on the agent's advice did a reset of one of the drives. This did not improve problems, so I did a fuller reset, removing everything, and reloaded it. Now it is working better, though still not perfect. However, I then decided to do the same thing with the second connected hard drive, but the PC cannot open it, insisting it has no operating system!
