How can I get my computer to have Internet again?

So I bought a MSI Codex R2 yesterday. Everything was going fine until I noticed the pc wasn't receiving good wifi. It showed as if it had low signal strength, but every other device around have a strong signal. I decided to follow a tutorial to reinstall the Wifi drivers: it told me to delete the driver and restart the computer as windows would reinstall it. When I did, Windows didn't reinstalled the driver. I used an usb flash drive to dowload the motherboard drivers from another PC, but when I try to install them, nothing happens. Any help would be highly appreciated.
