How can i get my account back?

This afternoon, exactly at 5:20 PM, I was trying to play Minecraft when, out of nowhere, I received an alert from my Microsoft account saying that my account did not exist. When I tried to log in, I encountered the same issue, and I have also been unable to reset my account password. The strange thing is that I did not receive any message indicating that my Microsoft account had been accessed today.
