So my account got hacked yesterday, I got it back however and I changed the password (the attacker can't get back in) however the hacker changed the backup email to contact when you get locked out, so when i put in a request to change the backup info the attacker was able to deny it, yet they still don't have access to the account. The first time I contacted support, the person said they could remotely go in and try and fix it, but the second time they just said they'd report it and now I've been told there's nothing that can be done.
