How can I get laptop to see shared folders on desktop?

I have 2 laptops and 2 desktops on a network. All devices can ping each other. Both desktops are set up to share folders. One laptop can see both desktops, but the 2nd laptop can only see one of the desktops. Sharing is set up for everyone with full control. All devices have network discovery, set up network connected devices automatically and file and printer sharing on for private networks. Password protected sharing is turned off. The desktop in question is running Windows 11 pro. The laptop which cannot see it is running Windows 11 home. I have also done a network reset on the laptop.
