How can I get into my other account?

There has been suspicious behaviour with my account and now I am completely locked out. I've tried resetting my password and filling in a form to get me back into my account but apparently what I entered was not good enough.The Authentication app itself like every other option needs to verify but I have no way to do so.Can anyone help?
