How can I get data in inaccessible Microsoft personal account removed?

I have a Microsoft personal account with domain, outlook.com., Going to www.live.com to log in redirects to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ which opens the web UI for Outlook, logged into an account I cannot log into directly (attempts generate an error saying the userid does not exist. The userid is of the form: outlook_2CFFE032456****@outlook.com. Clicking on the gear icon in the upper right area opens a page. Clicking on the Account icon on the left shows an elaim account with that userid. Clicking on Manage shows Email account details with that userid. The Deleted Items folder has a bunc
