How can I get back my Client OAUTH setting? See issue below

I play the Household game on my PC. I have lost all my neighbors. Other games I play have my neighbors. I have tried everything I can think and still it one of these errors:I get this when I remove the app and re-install it.URL Blocked. This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not whitelisted in the app's Client OAuth Settings. Make sure Client and Web OAuth login are on and add all your app domain as Valid OAuth Redirect URIs. If I try to invite neighbors from with the game i get this error:SSDK UNKNOWN HOST DOMAIN.
