How can I get access to my deceased daughter's Microsoft account?

I'd like to access my deceased daughter's laptop but don't have the password to get to the desktop screen. It gives me the option if I forgot my paaccount. I understand that I need a court order, so I have begun a petition to my local court but I need the language that Microsoft will need to see in the actual court order. I also need the mailing address for service of the petition/order. Is there anywhere on the Microsoft site that provides this information?
