How can I get a Security Code when the email it sends it to doesn't receive any emails for some reason

So, I can sign in perfectly fine as you can see, my main problem as stated in the title/question is the email the security code gets sent to.I (or more so my father) created the Microsoft accounts with our at-the-time provider TalkTalk. Me, my father and my mother each had our own TalkTalk emails. My Dad and I set up our Microsoft accounts for the first Xbox we had at the time, which was the Xbox One around 2014-15.My dad has switched from TalkTalk to Vodaphone around 2016-17ish and so the TalkTalk emails would slowly be used less and less. I believe we set up outlook for our emails some time
