I have an old Sony Vaio Z Series (I7 processor) laptop that has been running sporadically giving me the Blue Screen of death. When it happens, it crashes because of the SSD (common problem). It had been updated to the latest Windows 10 (Windows 11 is not supported on this hardware). I just bought a replacement SSD off of eBay and it arrived today. I installed it and booted the computer up. It worked. However, the drive was loaded with Windows 7 (Chinese)! Even the Bios screens come up in Chinese and I can't figure out how to change it to English. I was hoping to re-load Windows 10 from a recov
