Before the latest windows update that occured around the shift between january and february I was able to move windows partially off-screen on the top. Since the update I haven't been able to do so. Snap funktion is turned off. Have also turned it on and then turned off all the selections, still same problem. Windows keep getting forced down. Using the move function with the arrows doesn't work, it snaps back down as soon as I "let got" of the window. I also can't install any external software on the computer due to work reasons.
